15일 전 세계 코로나19 누적 확진자가 800만명을 넘어섰다.

지난 7일 오전 700만명을 돌파한 지 약 8일 만에 100만명이 더 늘었다. 하루에 12만 5000명씩 늘어난 셈이다.

실시간 코로나19 감염 현황을 집계하는 '월드오미터'에 따르면 15일 전세계 코로나19 확진자는 810만 8667명이고 사망자는 43만 8596명으로 전체 치사율이 5.44%이다. 완치자는 419만 6981명으로 완치율은 51.76%이다.

코로나19 발생국이 214개국으로 확산되었다.

12월 1일 중국 후베이성 우한시에서 첫 환자가 발생한 이후 4개월 만인 4월 2일 전 세계 환자가 100만명에 도달했다. 다시 2개월여 만에 8배로 폭증한 것이다.

◆코로나 198일째 전세계 확진자 800만명 넘어

100만명을 넘은 후 평균 10.6일마다 100만명씩 증가

3월 26일 50만명을 넘은 이후 1주일만에 배로 늘어나 4월 2일 100만명을 넘을 정도로 3월 이후 폭증세를 보였다.

4월 15일에는 전세계 코로나19 확진자가 200만명을 넘어섰다. 100만명이 넘은 지 불과 13일 만에 확진자가 2배로 불어났다.

단일 국가로는 미국에서 가장 많은 확진자가 발생했다.

4월 27일 전세계 코로나19 누적 확진자 수가 300만명을 넘어섰다. 

월드오미터에 따르면 27일 전세계 코로나19 누적 확진자 수는 300만 3352명이고 사망자는 20만 7090명이었다. 지난 15일 누적 확진자가 200만명을 넘어선 후 12일만이다. 

그리고 300만명이 넘은 후 12일만인 5월 9일 전세계 코로나19 확진자수가 400만명을 넘었다.

11일이 지나 한국시간 20일 전세계 코로나19 누적 확진자는 501만 1148명으로 집계되었다.

5월 29일 전 세계 코로나19 누적확진자수가 600만명을 돌파했다.

29일 전세계 코로나19 누적 확진자수는 602만 6418명이다. 사망자는 36만 6421명이다.

6월 7일 전세계 전세계 코로나19 확진자수가 700만명을 돌파했다.

6월 7일 전 세계 코로나19 누적 확진자 수는 708만 2212명이다. 사망자는 40만 5081명이다.

15일에는 전세계 코로나19 확진자는 810만 8667명으로 800 만명을 넘어섰다.

대륙별로 확진자와 사망자를 살펴보면 미국이 소재한 북아메리카(250만 8031명, 14만 5750명)에서 가장 많은 확진자가 발생했으며,

유럽(222만 90명, 18만 3215명)이 그 다음으로 확진자가 많다.

중국을 포함한 아시아(165만 4119명, 4만 1158명), 브라질을 포함한 남미(146만 2546명, 6만 1541명), 남아공을 포함한 아프리카(25만 4214명, 6793명), 호주를 포함한 오세아니아(8946명, 124명) 순이다.

세계에서 가장 확진자가 많이 보고된 나라는 미국(218만 2950명, 11만 8283명)이다. 남미의 브라질(89만 1556명, 4만 4118명), 유럽의 러시아(53만 7210명, 7091명),

아시아의 인도(34만 3026명, 9915명), 유럽의 영국(29만 6857명, 4만 1736명), 스페인(29만 1189명, 2만 7136명), 이태리(23만 7290명, 3만 4371명)이 그 뒤를 잇고 있다.

코로나19의 발원지인 중국에선 현재까지 확진자 8만 3181명, 사망자 4634명이 보고됐다.

한국의 확진자 수는 1만2155명으로 56위를 기록하고 있다.

특히 겨울에 접어든 중남미와 인도를 중심으로 확진자가 급증하는 추세다. 중남미에서 상황이 가장 심각한 브라질의 확진자는 89만명을 넘었고 사망자도 4만 4천명을 넘어섰다.

특히 지난 12일에는 일일 신규확진자가 14만 2천여명으로, 처음으로 14만명을 돌파하기도 했다.

미국에서 218만 2950명이 감염되어 전세계 확진자의 26.92%를 차지했다. 누적 사망자 또한, 미국이 11만 8283명으로 26.97%을 차지했다.

확진자가 급증하는 것은 브라질을 필두로 페루, 칠레 중남미 3국에서 일일 4만여명씩 확진자가 쏟아지고, 인도를 비롯해 파키스탄, 방글라데시 등 인도대륙에서도 매일같이 2만명 이상의 확진자가 발생하고 있기 때문이다.

여기에다가 셧다운 해제후 미국의 신규 확진자가 지속적으로 2만명 전후로 발생하고 있으며, 러시아에서 15일 내리 8천명이상의 확진자가 발생하는 것도 주요요인이 되고 있다.

여기에다가 코로나19가 종식단계에 들어간 것으로 평가받던 한국 수도권과 중국 수도 베이징에서 다시 집단감염이 재연되고 있는 것도 불안요인으로 작용하고 있다.

In about 8 days since 7 million confirmed cases on Jun 7, the confirmed cases have increased by 1 million. In other words, the number increased by 125,000 a day.

According to the World Ometer, which measures the real-time status of COVID-19 infections, the number of confirmed patients worldwide stood at 8,108,667 on Jun 15, with 438,596 deaths, with a 5.44 percent overall fatality rate.

There are 4,196,981 complete healers, with a 51.76 percent complete cure rate.

COVID-19 has spread to 214 countries.

The number of patients worldwide reached 1 million on April 2, four months after the first case was reported in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China on Dec. 1. The confirmed  cases has increased 8 times in just 2 months and half.

COVID-19, more than 8 million confirmed cases worldwide in  198th day

After over a million people, the average increase is 1 million every 10.6 days.

Since March 26, the number has doubled in a week to over 1 million on April 2.

On April 15, the number of COVID-19 confirmed worldwide exceeded 2 million.

According to the April 15 World Ometer tally, the number of COVID-19 confirmed worldwide is 2,013,581.

The death toll stood at 127,587. The number of confirmed cases doubled in just 13 days after a million people.

It has the largest number of confirmed cases in the United States.

On April 27, the cumulative number of COVID-19 confirmed worldwide exceeded 3 million. 

According to World Ometer, an international statistics website, the cumulative number of COVID-19 confirmed worldwide stood at 3,003,352 and the death toll stood at 207,090.

It was only 12 days after the cumulative number of confirmed cases exceeded 2 million on April 15. 

And on May 9, 12 days after more than 3 million people, the world's COVID-19 confirmed number exceeded 4 million.

11 days later, the cumulative number of COVID-19 confirmed worldwide was 5,011,148 on May 20.

The accumulated number of COVID-19 worldwide surpassed 6 million on May 29.

According to Worldometer, a real-time international statistics website, the cumulative number of COVID-19 confirmed on May 29 is 6,026,418 worldwide. The death toll stands at 366,421 people.

On June 7, the number of confirmed COVID-19 worldwide surpassed 7 million.

Asia (1,654,119 people, 41,158 deaths), South America (1,462,546 people, 61,541 deaths) including Brazil, Africa (2,54,214 people, 6,793 deaths) including South Africa, and Oceania (8,946 people, 124 deaths) including Australia.

The U.S. (2,182,950 people and 118,283 deaths) is reported the most confirmed cases in the world. Brazil in South America (891,556 people, 4,118 deaths), Russia in Europe (537,210 people, 7,091 deaths),

Asia's India (343,026 people, 9,915 deaths), Europe's Britain (296,857 people, 41,736 deaths), Spain (291,189 people 27,136 deaths), and Italy (237,290 people, 34,371 deaths).

So far, 83,181 confirmed cases and 4,634 dead have been reported in China, the first place of COVID-19.

Korea ranks 56th with 12,155 confirmed cases.

In particular, the number of confirmed cases is increasing rapidly, especially in South America and India, which have entered winter.

Brazil, which is most serious case in south America, is more than 890,000 people and its death toll is more than 44,000 deaths.

In particular, on Jun 12, the daily number of newly confirmed people exceeded 140,000 for the first time.

2,182,950 people were infected in the United States, accounting for 26.92 percent of the world's confirmed cases.

The cumulative death toll also stood at 118,283 in the United States, accounting for 26.97 percent.

The surge in confirmed cases is due to the fact that 40,000 confirmed cases are reported daily in Peru, Chile, and Brazil in south America, and more than 20,000 confirmed cases are occurring daily in India, Pakistan, Bangladesh.

The confirmed cases in the U.S. has continued to rise to around 20,000 since the shutdown was lifted, and more than 8,000 confirmed cases have been reported in Russia for 15 consecutive days.

The reenactment of the mass infection in the South Korean metropolitan area and the Chinese capital Beijing, which were considered to be in the final stages of COVID-19, is another cause of anxiety
